Success Stories

Every project on CommonGround starts as an idea scribbled on a napkin or pitched at a community meeting. Some of those ideas grow into the kind of fixtures a neighborhood can't imagine living without. These are a few of the projects that got there, and the founders who made it happen.

Rooted Equity Garden Co-op

Launched with a single raised bed and a handful of volunteers, this project raised three funding rounds on CommonGround and now feeds over forty families through a weekly produce share. The founder credits the platform's events tool for turning one-time volunteers into a standing crew.

North Block Tool Library

Started as a forum post asking whether anyone else was tired of buying a drill they'd use twice. Eighteen months later it's a full lending library with over two hundred tools, run entirely by neighbors who met through CommonGround discussions.

Harbor Street Mentorship Circle

What began as one founder's request for office hours turned into a recurring mentorship program connecting new founders with experienced ones. The Pitching 101 learning path grew directly out of lessons from this group.

Maple & 5th Pop-Up Market

A founder used CommonGround's events tool to organize a single Saturday pop-up. Demand was high enough that it now runs monthly, hosting a rotating lineup of other founders from the platform.
