These terms govern your use of CommonGround. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to follow them along with our Community Guidelines. Please read them carefully.

Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating a project listing or funding round, and you must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.

Projects & Funding Rounds

Founders are responsible for the accuracy of their project listings and for using funds raised through a funding round as described to supporters. CommonGround facilitates connections between founders and supporters but is not a party to any agreement between them. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our Community Guidelines or these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misrepresent a project's progress or funding status, harass other users, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or termination, as described in our Community Guidelines.
